Water Cooler.I've read there's an uninstaller that can be used in safemode, but I've had no luck finding it. I can't reimage as there's some other proprietary software installed on it that I can't reinstall, or I would have already reimaged. So I'm left with a server, which I now need to put into production, with the sentinel agent still installed and no way to get it off. I tried contacting Sentinel One support, and never got a response. I asked solarwinds support folks on numerous occasions to please remove my stations from their end and they said they had no way to do so and to contact Sentinel One. I lost access to the private lable sentinel one management console when that happene, and w/o that access, it's apparently impossible to remove the software. With guidance from their support people, got it installed to a server and couple of other endpoints to try out, but not long after that, had a falling out with them over a billing issue they refused to budge on, and I decided to pull the plug on them and move to a different MSP software provider. At the time, they offered a trial of their EDR product, which was a branded version of Sentinel One. Used to be with Logicnow, which was bought by n-able or solarwinds, or someone like that.
